  • 6:10 or 7:45 AM you will board the train to Machu Picchu town taking 1 hour and 30 min aprox.
  • AM you will arrive to Machu Picchu town, where your guide will be waiting for you with a sign with you name and He will take you to board the bus up to Machu Picchu with a 25-minute drive.
  • AM you will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, approximately 3 hours.
  • Once you finish your tour will go to board the bus back to the town of where you will have time to get your lunch
  • PM you will board the train back to Ollantaytambo where Our transportation will be waiting for you to take you back to Cusco Hotel

DAY 1:

Cusco - Ollantaytambo - Machu Picchu - Ollantaytambo - Cusco

The Machu Picchu full-day trip starts at 4:00 AM. Our transportation will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco, and we’ll head to the train station located in Ollantaytambo with a 1-hour and 30-minute ride.

At 6:10 AM, we’ll board our train bound for Machu Picchu town, where your guide will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name.

By 8:00 AM, our guide will escort you to the main plaza where will meet with our group and with guide then will go to the bus station for a 25-minute ride up to the Machu Picchu archaeological site.

Accord your entrance ticket time you will Start the visiting, your guide will lead you on a tour of the most important areas of the lost citadel of Machu Picchu.

This circuit, determined by the entrance ticket (usually circuit 1, 2, or 3), includes sites such as the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock (Intihuatana), the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows, houses, cellars, and a large central plaza, all connected by narrow roads and steps surrounded by terraces cut into the slope of the mountain. The tour lasts approximately 3 hours, and the specific places visited will depend on the circuit that we reserved at the moment of your booking.

After the tour, we’ll exit Machu Picchu to find the buses. There’s no fixed bus timetable or number; simply follow your guide, and the bus will take you down to Machu Picchu town for lunch time. You’ll have a variety of restaurants to choose from.

Around 15:00 hrs, you’ll board the train back to Ollantaytambo. It’s essential to arrive at the station at least half an hour before departure to avoid any inconvenience. After a 1-hour and 30-minute journey, you’ll arrive in Ollantaytambo, where the driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Cusco or Urubamba (this can be personalized).

The tour will conclude at your hotel. End of services.
