4:30 AM – Hotel pickup. Private transport departs toward the coastal town of Paracas (approximately 4 hours south of Lima).

6:45 AM–10:30 AM – Begin the approximately 1 hour 20 minute trek to Vinicunca (Rainbow Mountain) at 16,466 feet (5,020 meters above sea level). Along the route, you will:
