The tour itself went very smoothly and the guides provided excellent information etc. A couple of minor points, we couldn't get any information about pick up times and the actual plan for the day until the day before no matter how many times we asked. It was then we found out we hadn't been booked on what we thought we should be, as we had booked so we could drive first thing over the mountains to Ollantaytambo as the sun rose and catch the train from there. In fact we found out at the last minute that the start was much later and we caught the train just outside Cusco which was disappointing. For those who have been to Machu Picchu many years ago, it's not as enjoyable day as it used to be because of the restrictions imposed, but still it should not be missed,

The coordinator met us at our hotel the night before to go over the itinerary and provide all of our travel documents, which was very helpful. The next day our driver picked us up from the hotel to transport us to the train, upon arrival in Machu PIcchu we were met by our next travel attendee who took us to the bus. We were then met at the top of Machu Picchu by our guide who spoke perfect English and was very informative and attentive. Our overall experience was excellent, we were well attended to through every step and gained valuable knowledge about Machu Picchu!

I am very grateful for the support they gave us throughout our tour in Cusco, always keeping in touch and concerned about us, I really recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Machu Picchu one of the seven wonders of the world

Nuestro guía, Ramiro, era muy conocedor del área y tomaba unas fotos espectaculares. Tania, la representante de la agencia, siempre estuvo escribiéndonos por Whatsapp para asegurarse que todo iba según acordado.
