We booked a private tour to Machu Piccu and Rainbow Mountain with Machu Piccu Peru Travel. We arrived two days before our trip to Rainbow Mountain to Cusco. Tania made a super effort in coming to our hotel to meet with us and explain how the days would go. She was very accommodating when we asked to borrow a walking stick for my father-in-law and always so pleasant and accommodating from my very first outreach. We were privileged to have Willie as our tour guide both days. Willie is the best as what he does. He made sure we got to see the special places and breath taking views. We felt like we have been friends with Willie for years. Celestino was also our driver both days. He’s also did a super job in driving us safely to our locations and making sure we were always okay. If you can afford to spend a few extra bucks, I highly recommend taking the private tour, getting the horse (if you’re not an avid hiker), and hopefully you get Willie.

P.S. The faster you get up, the less crowded it is and the more you get to absorb the moment and the view. If you decide to get the horse, please don’t forget your tour guide, otherwise who would help you get the best photos and special views.

The experience with Peru Travel was excellent. Tania was attentive to every detail from the taxi that came to get me at 3am to the immediate communication by wsp in case of need. I did the 1 day tour that however had about 10hs only travel (round trip) felt light and I could think of nothing else to enjoy thanks to the impeccable management they had.
The Elvis guide took pictures of us at each panoramic spot and explained the history of the ruins with great enthusiasm.

Me and my daughters took to start the trek two days to Machu Picchu. Tania the organizer is present and guides us by text or call at every step of the process and she responds very quickly and at any time. It almost looks like she’s there with us but we can’t see her. lol. Also, for the trek our Jaime was very well and very very friendly.
As we were very satisfied and confident with the services of Machu Picchu Peru Travel and especially by Tania, back in Cusco we went to meet Tania in person at their office and we booked 5 more tours / Rainbow mountain, Puno, Arequipa and Colca canyon and Huacachina and Paracas. Thanks to Tania for her help and patience. I highly recommend.

Very nice trip and cultural enrichment. Tania is always very friendly and watches everything, she, makes sure we always have guide, is watching to advise that we should take each tour and suggests us what type of tours to take according to the age of tourist cads

The whole trip was extremely well organized! It was just fabulous. I had email contact with the organizer even when we only arrived in Cusco at 9:30 pm. She called me to walk me through the details of timing and steps for the actual tour. I was sent all the required tickets. The next morning we were picked up at our hotel shortly before 5 am by a driver in a very nice and clean car and were taken to the train station in Ollantaytambo where we took the amazing Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes. The views were incredible. Our excellent guide met us at the train station and then we lined up for the bus to Machu Picchu. The line looked long but moved quickly. Our guide, Jaime, was great. Very knowledgeable, gave us lots of fascinating information and the tour lasted about 3.5 hours. We then repeated the steps to return back to our hotel where we arrived around 7 pm. We had time to explore Aguas Calientes before getting back on the vistadome train, again with incredible views. It was truly a once in a lifetime, very special day and it was truly so well organized. The next day I was again contacted by the tour organizer to ensure everything went well and they even left a few little presents for us at the hotel front desk. Definitely very highly recommend booking this tour!!

We only had 2 days in Cusco so we booked a full-day private tour. Tania was very responsive, she took care of everything (private transfer from/to our hotel, train tickets, guide inside Machu Picchu). The private guide (Willy) was super helpful, knowledgeable and spoke a perfect english. It was a very long day, starting at 4am, but what an amazing day. Thank you!
