We did all our tours of the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Cusco with Machu Picchu Peru Travel. It was 2 days in the Sacred Valley, 2 days in Machu Picchu, including the circuit of the climb to Wuaynapicchu, Cusco and the mountain of 7 colors. All the very friendly team, the very experienced drivers and guides, knowledgeable about history who took us on an incredible journey to the time of the Incas. It was a very special family trip. I have to admit, before I came to Cusco, when I paid my deposit online, I was hesitant, "They're not going to be liars, are they going to take my deposit and black me out?" and "Are they going to help me book my ticket and make my trip right?" and a lot of doubts were in my mind. Until I met Tania.
She was very friendly and professional and she gave us lots of useful advice. She contacted us the first time we arrived in Cusco, handed me the complete itinerary and tickets, tickets, and gave a very detailed presentation and answers. Throughout the trip, whether it was the driver or the director or the person who picked us up, every link was unchained, they were punctual and enthusiastic.
It's worth mentioning that our guide Willy in Machu Picchu, who speaks four languages, is knowledgeable and has questions to answer, allowing our trip to Machu Picchu to go beyond just taking pictures to learning more about the local culture and history. Especially as we entered Machu Picchu Scenic Spot in fog and couldn't see a thing. Just as we were disappointed, Willy had been patiently comforting us with “Wait a minute longer” and not urging us to leave, finally waiting for the clouds to clear and leaving our trip without regrets.
There was a little bit of a glitch in the trip, but they were very professional at solving problems and only such a company could stand out from the competition. I'd love to recommend them to my friends. They're trustworthy, after all, Cusco's travel agency is a mixed bag. It's too expensive for us to come all the way here to try and make mistakes, and a reliable travel agency can reduce your regrets. I'm glad I chose Machu Picchu Perú Travel EIRL.
The trip was great! Our guide was very knowledgeable and the entire staff was very friendly. They made complicated logistics very seamless and were very communicative throughout the process. We especially appreciate the visit the day before and the gifts after the tour!
