Good things about this agency is:
1) Good hospitality- Tania will meet and brief the traveler prior to the trip to ensure all documents and preparation is in place
2) speed in response both in query and handling issue I face. In an incident where I called Tania at 5.50am, she responded and solved the issue within 20 mins.
3) Tania provides various private tours all in competitive pricing and yet satisfy all the travel needs
4) thoughtful on behalf of traveler- Tania even thinks of providing walking sticks to Rainbow Mountain which has not been asked for by us
5) car used in ferrying travelers is new, clean and well maintained
If there is any improvement warrant, punctuality of the guide could be improved.

What an incredible experience. We knew we were in for a long day of travel between Cusco and Machu Picchu (car ride, train, bus), but the tour company made the whole process seamless and quite enjoyable. Our guide was fantastic -- very knowledgeable, personable, and passionate. Highly recommended!
We LOVED this tour. Everything was 100% better than expected and executed perfectly. From Tania meeting us at our hotel to go over all of the details, our FABULOUS guide Willy, who was absolutely professional and wonderful, to the transfers from and to our hotel and the Vista Dome rail. We could not have asked for more. Then of course is the beauty of the landscape during drive from Cusco to the rail station, and the gorgeous scenery during the train ride. THEN, Machu Picchu itself! Over the top. We were all in awe! I highly recommend this tour and everything about the area.
The staff was so attentive, the women who ran the tour company was very communicative. She came to our hotel the day before and explained everything to us and gave us all the tickets. The tour was about 17 hours total, from being picked up at 4 am by a private care to getting back at around 8:30 after the train was delayed for a bit. Our tour guide Luz Maria was so nice and very informative and very open to what we wanted to do. We would take breaks when we wanted. She even let us borrow some of her sunscreen because we had foolishly not brought any. I would HIGHLY recommend the tour. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience.
Begininng to end this tour was exactly what I was looking for. I received door to door service by picking me up at my hotel in Cusco and dropping me off later that evening. Prior to my arrival I did communicate with Tani to confirm my tour. Tani met me at the airport on my first day and provided me step by step instructions on how my Machu Picchu tour would be conducted. Driver was on time for pickup from the hotel in the AM and train station in the PM. My tour guide for Machu Picchu was Yessenia and she was at the train station upon my arrival in Aquas Calientes. She was professional and spoke English very well. She did allow us moments for picture and breaks in between the hikes up the steps in Machu Picchu. Yessinia provided us a two hour tour of the site and then left us on our own to wander.
I do recommend anyone interested in this tour to contact the agency on any hikes you may want to do with as much notice as possible. The hikes were sold out by the time we asked which was just days ahead of our arrival.
