Tour Waqrapukara Cusco 1 Dia
Por la mañana, lo recogeremos de su alojamiento aproximadamente a las 4:00 am. Comenzaremos el viaje de dos horas y media hacia el pueblo de Marcaconga, ubicado a una altitud de aproximadamente 11,800 pies (3,597 metros). Desde allí continuaremos hacia el distrito de Pitumarca, donde haremos una parada para desayunar.
Después del desayuno, regresaremos al automóvil para conducir treinta minutos más por un camino sin asfaltar en zigzag hasta llegar a Punta Carretera, situada a una altura de alrededor de 13,800 pies (4,206 metros). Aquí tendremos diez minutos para estirarnos, organizar nuestras cosas y hacer los últimos preparativos para nuestra caminata.
Camine por un terreno suavemente ondulado durante aproximadamente 1 hora y 15 min, disfrutando de los impresionantes paisajes adornados con pequeños lagos glaciares a lo largo del camino. El sendero nos llevará al mirador de Waqrapukara, donde haremos una breve pausa para tomar nuestras primeras fotografías de esta increíble fortaleza encaramada al borde de un cañón.
Al llegar a Waqrapukara, situada a una altitud de aproximadamente 14,900 pies (4,540 metros), tendremos aproximadamente una hora para explorar las ruinas. Podemos escalar los restos del templo, capturar fotografías frente al impresionante paisaje del cañón y descansar en las cimas de los acantilados a la sombra de las paredes de piedra.
Cuando el grupo esté listo, emprenderemos el camino de regreso al automóvil y comenzaremos el viaje de regreso a Cusco. La hora estimada de llegada a Cusco es aproximadamente las 4:00 pm.
