Very good trip, The car ride to the train was long and I only wish it started in Cusco and not an hour plus away. The guide was very good and knew his stuff. When Machu Picchu got busier during the day he knew the routes to stay away from the crowds and gave us a very good historical perspective.. He also not only showed us a good restaurant for lunch but joined us for Pisco Sours. Overall a very enjoyable day.
Amazing experience, from benito picking us up @ our Hotel, Tania meeting with us and staying in touch the whole day making sure everything was good to our tour guide Willy who took the time to explain everything. Willy made sure we were relaxed and enjoying the trip.

My wife and I decided to do the Machu Picchu Peru tour and we were not disappointed. We were picked up on time from our hotel, and the vista dome train ride was perfect. When the train ride to Agua Caliente was over, the true amazement was just beginning. Our tour guide Willy couldn’t have been better. Willy’s knowledge of Machu Picchu was impressive and he made sure we didn’t miss an opportunity to take perfect pictures to share with our families and friends. We ended our trip by having lunch at a nice restaurant recommended by Willy. Don’t forget to ask about getting your passport stamped. When I come back I will make sure to have Willy as a tour guide- best tour guide we have ever had.

Poor customer service , we purchased the ticket that they had no capacity for and we had to pay 60$ more to make it! After that they forgot to book a train ticket for us, only by chance they could make a reservation last moment!
Our tour guide was not speaking good English and had a very basic knowledge about subject!
I don’t recommend using their service!

A special thanks to our guide Willy! He picked us up from the train and gave us a private tour of Machu Picchu. He is a native to Peru ( Quechua) and knew so much and told great stories. Some even personal, making it all the more special! Highly recommend asking for Willy if you’re thinking of visiting Machu Picchu :)
