Machu Picchu Peru Travel was founded in Cusco in 2010 and has spent the last 16 years serving travelers from Peru and abroad. We are a licensed, locally owned agency (DIRCETUR-registered), built around specialists in each area of the trip — reservations, guiding, transportation, and on-the-ground support.
We continuously update our itineraries and train our staff to keep pace with changes at Machu Picchu and across the destinations we operate. Most of our growth has come from client referrals, built over 16 years of consistent service.

Our History
MACHU PICCHU PERU TRAVEL E.I.R.L. was founded in Cusco in 2010, registered with DIRCETUR (Regional Tourism Authority). Over the past 16 years, we've grown from a small local operation into one of Cusco's established tour agencies, while keeping the same hands-on, locally run approach we started with.
What began as a focus on Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley has grown into full coverage of Peru's main destinations — Lake Titicaca in Puno, Colca Canyon in Arequipa, the Nazca Lines and Ballestas Islands in Ica and Paracas, and the city of Lima. Each new destination was added the same way: by building local knowledge first, then the itinerary.
MACHU PICCHU PERU TRAVEL E.I.R.L. is not only dedicated to tourism in Cusco, we can help you if you want to visit other places such as Lake Titicaca in Puno, Colca Canyon in Arequipa, overflight in the Nazca lines, Chinese huaca in Ica, Ballestas island in Paracas, etc. The development achieved and diversity of destinations offered, make MACHU PICCHU PERU TRAVEL in one of the private service companies most important in the country.
