MACHU PICCHU FULL DAY FROM POROY CUSCO (Description)
The full-day tour to Machu Picchu tour from Poroy, Cusco starts very early in the morning. At 5:50 AM, we will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco and then take you to the train station located in Poroy, about a 30-minute ride from Cusco. Here, we will board the train that will take you to the town of Machu Picchu, a 3-hour and 30-minutes ride. On the way, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the views and landscape of the Sacred Valley.
Upon your arrival, your guide will be waiting for you outside of the train station to accompany you to the bus station, where will take the bus up to the Machu Picchu archaeological site (a 30-minute ride).
Once here, we will start the guided tour, visiting the most important places of the lost citadel such as The Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock (the most important Intihuatana), the royal quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows, houses, cellars, a large central square, and all connected by narrow roads and steps that are surrounded by terraces cut into the mountainside. This will depend on the Type of entrance ticket to Machu Picchu or circuit for a period of 3 hours.
At the right time, we will take the bus down to Machu Picchu town, where you will have time to get your lunch in any restaurant that you can find here.
In the afternoon, we will take the train back to Poroy. You need to be half an hour before the departure time to avoid inconvenience. After a journey of 3 hours and 30 minutes, we will arrive in Poroy where we will be waiting to bring you back to your Hotel in Cusco.
