The tour was super organized. Tania and her team did it so well, so we hardly had to do anything. 1 day before the trip we were advised another time and everything went perfectly. Also our guide was very well organized, he spoke very good English and had a deep knowledge of the history. Thank you for the perfect organization!

You can’t go wrong when booking with Machu Picchu Peru Travel. It is without a doubt the best travel agency I’ve dealt with.
I had a problem with a different agency that cancelled my Machu Picchu excursión one day before I was supposed to go. You would think it would be impossible to solve that, but I contacted Tania from Machu Picchu Peru Travel and within an hour provided me with different options to solve my problem.
Tania is extremely diligent and responsible, she was available every single moment of the trip and constantly checked in to see how everything was going.
Our guide Willy was amazing, he provided valuable insight and data from the site, suggested the best places for photos and, in general, was a great guide.
I’d also give kudos to Rosita, who, even thought briefly assisted us getting of the train and into our hotel, was extremely nice and helpful.

Spectacular. The private tour I recommend instead of the group tour because it is a very strong climb and if you feel bad, your private guide is better. Jaime attended me at all times and was with me step by step along the way. Excellent!

Be aware, they won't refund you a dime if you need to cancel. We are a family of 6 and due to an unexpected health complication of one of the travelers had to cancel one (out of the 6 reservations) with more than 3 months in advance. Obviously with such a long time ahead it is a ticket that can be sold. But they don't accept any cancellations for any reason. We were considering coming back next year and visit again Machu Pichu since this time we will only be for 1 day in Cusco. But given these corrupt practices our money won't go again to Peru, since there are plenty of more ethical places around the world.
