Hours: 10:00 am - 1:30 pm or 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm (3 hrs and 30 min approx)

Classroom: Calle Unión 238 (3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, in front of the San Pedro Market)

The tour begins with your pick up at your hotel and then head to make purchases of our supplies at the central market in San Pedro approximately 1 hr with our guide and our chef, then we go to our local where we will start this great adventure and meet of Peruvian Gastronomy finally we will culminate with a delicious lunch accompanied by our inevitable Pisco sour also prepared by our Chef.

Dishes to choose:
Peruvian trout ceviche:it is fish (trout) cooked or blanched in salt and Creole lemon, served with sweet potato or sweet potato, parboiled or roasted corn.
Aji de gallina: chicken pieces dipped in a yellow chili sauce served with rice, boiled egg and olives.
Lomo saltado: beef tenderloin cooked in a frying pan over high heat, accompanied with tomato onion dipped in soy sauce, served with rice and native potatoes
Pisco Sour: Peruvian Pisco, lemon, sugar and egg white beaten in an ice shaker.
